Development plan for Town Center
Task: HOE360 Consulting provided input and sparring for innovative cycling solutions for the development of the Town Center in Værløse.
Value Creation: The focus was to accommodate all types of cyclists. Both long-term parking facilities at residential housing, with covered racks, benches, etc., and short-term bicycle parking at the shops e.g. dedicated to Cargo bikes.
Background: The Town Center is characterized by a mixed purpose; with both residential and shops, so it is essential that the cycle solutions cater for both and the different needs they imply. This is a challenge that many cities are facing, which needs continuous implementation of new and functional solutions.
